Returns and Exchanges
Would you like to return an item or exchange it for a different size/color? No problem!
You can return items to us within 14 days of receiving your order. You can find further information about the right of withdrawal on the Right of Withdrawal page.
Please fill out the returns form and include it with your return.
Requirements for a return/exchange :
All items must be in new condition and the protective packaging (if any) must still be intact. Worn, used, altered or damaged goods cannot be returned. The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer.
How do I return my BULLSLAND items?
- send us an email to info@bullsland.de
- Enter your order number/ID.
- Let us know which item you would like to return.
- Pack any items you wish to return in their original packaging and ensure that the contents of the package are secured.
- fill out the returns form (see above) and include it in the package
- Send the items back to us as an insured package within 14 days and provide us with the tracking number. Please keep your proof of return.
- After receiving the item, we will check the goods and refund you the purchase price.
Can I exchange my items?
If you find that the size or color of your BULLSLAND item does not fit, you can request an exchange.
Follow the instructions above to exchange your item. Please note that you must select "Exchange" instead of "Return".
- The exchange will only be carried out once the item to be exchanged has been returned to us and checked by us.
