Are your collars secure?
In short: Yes, our products are safe!
Our collars are designed to withstand high loads and are also suitable for large and strong dogs. That's why we only use materials with high tear strength and breaking load in premium quality.
All of our products undergo intensive testing before we offer them in our shop. We only offer you products that we are 100% convinced of!
How do I find the right collar size for my dog?
Of course, this depends on the size of your dog's neck. The collars are adjustable in length within the specified size and can therefore be perfectly tailored to your dog.
Can the collars also be used in water?
Yes, the collars can also be used in the water.
However, make sure that you clean the collar after use (especially in salt water).
What is the best way to clean the collar?
Collars sometimes get dirty, but unfortunately that cannot be avoided.
For our collars we use neoprene-lined nylon that is easy to clean. To clean, we recommend hand washing with warm water. You can easily remove contamination with your hand or a brush. If you want to use soap/cleaning products, we recommend using dog shampoo as this is tailored to your dog's PH level.
What if the collar doesn't fit?
No problem! You can easily return unused items within 14 days or exchange them for a different size.
