FAQ's
Do you have any questions? Let's talk...
How do I measure my dog's neck circumference?
The best way to measure the neck circumference is in the middle of your dog's neck (where the collar sits). We recommend using a tape measure to get the most accurate measurement. Please remember to add about 2cm to the neck circumference so that the collar does not sit too tightly on your dog's neck.
Are the collars adjustable in size?
The tactical dog collars are infinitely adjustable in size and can therefore be optimally adjusted for your dog. Information about adjustability can be found on the relevant product pages under the size selection.
Tip: If your dog's neck circumference is between two sizes, it is best to choose the smaller collar.
I'm not sure what size I need. What should I do?
If you are unsure which size is best for your dog, please contact us before ordering. We will be happy to help you and find the best solution together with you.
What if the collar doesn't fit?
If the collar does not fit your dog, you can exchange it for a different size within 14 days. You can find out more about this in our return policy.
Requirement: The collar is unworn and shows no signs of wear.

How can I clean the collar/leash?
Our recommendation: remove coarse dirt with a brush. Smaller dirt can be easily removed with a wet cloth. For larger dirt, simply fill a container with warm water and dog shampoo (other cleaning agents can irritate your dog's skin) and let the collar/leash soak for about 30 minutes. Then clean with a soft brush and hang up to dry.
